Return Policy
Mastercraft Jewelers will accept authorized refunds and/or exchanges within 14 days from the date you receive the item for any online purchases. Refunds for in-store purchases are 7 days for all regular priced merchandise. All refunds and exchanges will be processed after Mastercraft Jewelers inspects the condition of the returned item. Items must be returned in their original unworn condition. All watches that have been worn or sized are no longer eligible for return. Removing any labels or not returning any documentation will void this return policy. If it is determined by Mastercraft Jewelers that there is any kind of damage such as scratches, marks, blemishes, or alteration of any kind on the item, item box, booklets, and any additional items (promotional gifts) which came along with the purchased item, we will not accept the return, in which case the customer will be liable for all shipping and handling fees for returning the item to him/her. We will not refund shipping and handling cost.
Items may either be mailed back to Mastercraft Jewelers to the address below once you have received an authorization or you could return the item to store location. Your refund will be credited to your original form of payment. Returns take up to 7 business days to process upon receipt of an item. If you have any questions about return procedures, please email info@mastercraftjewelers.com and we will be happy to assist you. Certain items, however, are FINAL SALE with NO exceptions:
- Personalized items such as initial rings, name bracelets, or engraved jewelry
- Custom jewelry that was made for you
- Special Orders that were ordered in a special size or items that we normally do not stock
- Jewelry items that were altered for you or based on your request
Please insure your return package against loss in transit. Mastercraft Jewelers will not take responsibility for lost packages, or for receiving packages that are damaged while in transit.
