Shipping Policy
Please allow 3-5 business days for processing all orders. Shipping times do not include processing times. Please allow extra time during the holiday season.
Mastercraft Jewelers processes and ships orders Tuesday through Friday. All orders placed on Saturday, Sunday or on a holiday, will be processed the following business day. Customers have the option to select in store pick up or opt to have purchases be shipped to their provided address. Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. Depending on purchase price, orders will be shipped through USPS or FedEx with adult signature required. It is always encouraged to inspect packages for damage or tampering prior to signing for carrier delivery. Mastercraft Jewelers relinquishes all responsibility for any packages once they have left our facility.
Custom orders and special ordered purchases are subject to delayed and extended shipping times. At customers request, in stock orders can be expeditated at the customer cost which will be calculated at checkout.
